Where to Know began with two co-founders brought together by a shared passion for hotels and hospitality. We met as frequent travellers, bonded over loyalty programs and elite upgrades – and quickly realised something was missing in the guest experience cycle.

Across thousands of hotel stays in over 70 countries, we saw the same problem again and again: meaningful guest feedback was often missed, buried, or scattered across platforms.

We knew there had to be a better way.

With roots in global finance at Evercore and enterprise tech at Oracle, we combined our strengths to build something new – a platform that helps hotels truly hear what guests are saying, across reviews, social media, and more.
